Decoy Education is a 501(c)(3) private foundation formed to educate people of all ages about the historical use of fish and duck decoys and the art of carving decoys.

Decoy Ed was formed by Brad Lange, Sharon Thomas, Rodney A Osvold, and Tim Fowler, with an office in Perham, Minnesota.

Brad Lange is a second-generation fish decoy carver and serves as Treasurer on the Board of the National Fish Decoy Association. Brad serves as treasurer for Decoy Ed.

Sharon Thomas is a lifelong artist, winter spear fisherperson, decoy carver, and former educator living near Frazee, Minnesota. She also serves as vice president of the National Fish Decoy Association. Sharon serves as President of Decoy Ed.

Tim Fowler is a lifelong spearfisherman, decoy collector, pilot, and business owner in northern Minnesota. Tim serves as vice president of Decoy Ed.

Rodney A. Osvold is a lifelong spear fisherman, decoy carver, and collector, as well as the founder of the National Fish Decoy Association and The Gathering, a national sporting collectible show and the National Fish Decoy Competitions held each year in Perham, Minnesota. Rodney serves as the secretary of Decoy Ed.
